  • Lisa Bannon

    Mrs. Bannon serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the Executive Military Staff/RI National Guard where she oversees and manages the Business office, while supporting state operations. Mrs. Bannon earned her bachelor’s degree, MBA and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Bryant University and will begin her Masters of Science in Taxation at the University in Fall 2024. She has more than 16 years of experience as a finance leader in state government and higher education and is trilingual (English, Portuguese, and Spanish).

  • Christene Comolli

    Christene is a VA Advisor and Production Manager at Primelending.  She has been in the mortgage industry for 30 years and currently spends her time teaching about the VA Home Loan benefit to veterans, active military and the civilian population.  She serves on the Military Advisory Board at Primelending where she ensures that her team at Primelending provides the best service and programs to the military.  She graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance (’86)and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance (’91)

  • Michael Jolin

    Mr. Jolin serves as the Deputy Director of the Executive Military Staff of the Rhode Island National Guard, where he supports the Adjutant General with the planning, coordination, and implementation of all state-related departmental activities. In this role, he assists in the management of approximately ninety full-time state positions, oversees the preparation and submission of the department’s state budget, and serves as the Rhode Island National Guard’s legislative liaison. Prior to his current position, Mr. Jolin worked in several capacities in various state and federal agencies that included the Rhode Island Office of Attorney General, the Office of U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, the Department of Business Regulation, the Department of Human Services, and, most recently, the Office of Veterans Services. Mr. Jolin enlisted in the Army Reserve in 2005 and later became an officer in the Rhode Island National Guard, serving as a military attorney He deployed to Afghanistan in 2011-2012 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and is currently serving as the commander of the 88th Army Band.

  • Moises Moniz

    Mr. Moniz is a retired combat veteran with 36 years of honorable and faithful service in the US Army retiring in 2019 at the rank of Command Sergeant Major (CSM). During his last assignment, he served as the RING State Command Sergeant Major and Senior Enlisted advisor to the RI Adjutant General. After retiring, Mr. Moniz started a second career as an JROTC Army Instructor at Cranston High School East. He inspires young men and women to become better citizens by teaching, coaching, and mentoring his cadets to pursue their goals and dreams. He holds a Bachelor of General Studies from Roger Williams University. Mr. Moniz is married to Patti Moniz and they have three daughters Jayde, Dakota and Sophia. He also serves on the Seekonk Veterans Council and volunteers with the ESGR.

  • Sharon Harmon

    Ms. Harmon is a successful professional both in uniform and out. Ms. Harmon is a Colonel (O6) in the RI Army National Guard. When she is not busy leading her team of 20 full time employes she is providing community services to her mentor group. She has formal education consisting of two master’s degrees. One from Touro University in Education and the other from the US Army War College in Strategic Studies. In 2024, she was inducted into the Rhode Island Military Hall of Fame.

Kevin McDonnell

Director of Fundraising

32 year plus military veteran with the Rhode Island National Guard, Former Family Assistance Center, (FAC) Coordinator 11 years.  Member and past president of the Permanent House Veterans Advisory Council for Veteran Affairs at the RI House of Representatives.  Member of 2 Veteran Engagement Groups at the Providence VA.  Author and Grandfather. BS Marketing, Roger Williams University, 1972.

Mr. Santilli continues to serve in the RI Air National Guard.  He is a current Senior Master Sgt. (E8) who has many deployments and uses his experience to mold the next generation of warfighters.  Mr. Santilli’s education is a Master of Social Work from Rhode Island College and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker licensed with the RI Department of Health. 

Raymond Viens

Mr. Viens is a retired Command Sergeant Major (E9) and continues to serve the RI National Guard after his retirement. He serves as fully independent advisor within the Major Subordinate Command area of responsibility in accomplishing all objectives of the Soldier & Family Readiness Program (SFRP) for the Rhode Island Army and Air National Guard to maximize retention and readiness.

Megan Domenech

Mrs. Domenech is the RI Family Program Assistant.  Her administrative skills and attention to detail ensure that program and purchasing is completed on time and runs smoothly.  When she is in uniform, she is serves in the RI Army National Guard with the 861st Engineer Company as aSpecalist (E4).

Tymika Bates

Ms. Bates remains an active member of the MA Army National Guard.  She currently holds the rank of Staff Sergeant (E6). She has participated in numerous active-duty missions focused on supporting soldiers, including matters related to education and bonus eligibilities as well as retirement qualifications. She possesses expertise in Equal Employment Opportunity Counseling and is a Certified Mediator. She serves as a fully independent advisor within the Major Subordinate Command's area of responsibility, she functions as a fully independent advisor, working to achieve all goals of the Soldier & Family Readiness Program (SFRP) for the Rhode Island Army and Air National Guard, thereby enhancing retention and readiness.
